Refund Policy

Effective August 11, 2026

AkahOS sells digitally delivered licensed products. Purchases are generally final after successful delivery and activation, except where this policy, the payment provider or applicable law requires or permits a refund.

1. Requests we will review

2. Normally non-refundable situations

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a refund is normally not provided solely because you changed your mind after digital delivery, no longer need the product, expected a feature not advertised, lost access to a device without first deactivating it, or used the product for a purpose different from its published description.

3. License deactivation after refund

When a full refund, reversal or qualifying chargeback is completed, the associated product license may be changed to refunded, chargeback or revoked status. Active-device authorizations can then be disabled. Because the paid application verifies the license when it opens, a revoked license will no longer be able to open the protected application after revocation is recognized by the service.

4. Troubleshooting first

If activation or the product does not work as described, contact support. We may ask for your operating system, browser version, screenshots and order reference. Do not send full card numbers or banking passwords.

5. Requesting a refund

Email hw1062802@gmail.com with the purchase email, order reference, product name and a brief explanation of the issue.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment channel, subject to the payment provider and bank/card processing times.

7. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law gives you a non-waivable cancellation, conformity, remedy or refund right, that right controls over inconsistent language here.
